The rooms were brand-new and well furnished with a large window and all necessary amenities and all comforts, I greatly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was right by sea and the temple and Kalam memorial.

I experienced an array of issues during my two-night stay. The hotel's exterior looked majestic, and the restaurant caught my attention with its vibrant decor. I enjoyed the delicious food served there. Every meal reminded me of a treat. The service in other areas left much to be desired. Checking in was frustrating. The receptionist's demeanor felt cold, and they didn't seem cute at all. I faced repeated power disruptions, especially at night, which disrupted my peace and comfort. The room itself was lacking in cleanliness and tidiness. It felt small for the price. I had to wait too long for assistance with room service, and sometimes it reminded me of staff were disinterested and not well-informed about the services offered. The tea kettle in my room didn't even work. Despite the great food and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant, overall, the accommodations fell short of what I expected for the price.

The fitness facilities were great, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage . The restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety that I couldn't get enough of.

The food here was a flavor explosion, seriously! Every meal reminded me of a local feast, especially their vegetarian options. Plus, the ambiance in the restaurant. Our check-in coordinator, Ms. Elisa, was helpful and had a positive vibe that set the stage for our stay.

I remember the sheer joy in my kid's eyes when he saw the kids area, it kept him busy and allowed me to relax a bit. The restaurant staff, especially that Upasana girl,, went outta their way to make sure our meals were spot on, even bringing out extra dishes just to please us!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was worth it.
